We are all agree with this quote and also we are all agree that we need to keep learning from the best teachers around the Planet.

I am very fortunate to be able to reach out and keep learning; then I am be able to share with all my students and clients here in Doha, Qatar.

Sharing the Pilates Spirit is a beautiful experience that all we need to embrace and I believe that to be a Teacher from inside out is a gift.

I am sharing with all of you the pictures of my recently journey to Italy, to the Classical Pilates Convention.

Walking Meditation practice at Classical Pilates Convention

My answer is Yes!

walking meditation – is a form of the expression of our mind and body to clean and detox the path; connecting with the five elements and restoring the internal organs;  listening the movements and changes of the flow, be aware of the present moment; is a form of meditation in action in movement.  And Pilates is Movements so I did!

I choose one of my Private Pilates Sessions and I decided to be in contact with the Nature, early morning, fresh and green start; hugging a trees, and just trying to keep the silence and listening my breathing.  Be tune with the Universe and what your body need is one of my fundamental.  Stay simple real and be still.  I was awesome experience! I am sure that we enjoy it!

Enjoying the silence and just breathing and listening the heart.  My teacher was with me and hope she enjoyed too.

Walking meditation we use the experience of walking as our focus. We become mindful of our experience while walking, and try to keep our awareness involved with the experience of walking. Actually, there are several different kinds of walking meditation. We’ll just be looking at one of them in detail, although we’ll touch on the others. Once you’ve mastered one form, you’ll easily be able to pick up the others.

Obviously, there are some differences between walking meditation and sitting meditation. For one thing we keep our eyes open during walking meditation! That difference implies other changes in the way we do the practice. We are not withdrawing our attention from the outside world to the same extent that we do when we are doing the Mindfulness of Breathing or Metta Bhavana (development of lovingkindness) practices.

I was in LA, USA last week participating in the Spring Camp at Vintage Pilates; where the teachers are more than teachers; really friends and they are teaching what Joe Pilates said.

Meeting the first generation of Pilates student was a gift for my path and I am sharing with all my clients here in Qatar for over 9 years.

Reaching a good level of movement; working with my own imbalance and moving forward every day is my goal at that point.

I am having at my side amazing teachers like Amy Kellow, Andrea Maida, Karen Frishmann, Sandy Shimoda, Sandy Sarnoff, Dena Drotar, Ken Krech, Suzanne McHugh Parker, Melanie Petri and Mr. Jay Grimes.

Having new Pilates friends and much love and kindness from everywhere made me feel that everything is possible when the universe is allowing us to move forward fearless and strong.

I believe that we are our own master and we need to stay connected with our body mind and soul.

Learning from Mr. Jay Grimes; what Joe Pilates did and said is a blessing in my own path as a Pilates Student and of course nourish my personal life.

Connected to our spine muscles, our head with the rest of the body, breathing and using the right muscles, lifting our stomach muscles, feeling the push and pull in each movement, resist the gravity and be present in each single exercise that Joe Pilates was teaching.

Learning every movement we are able to imprint what our body needs in order to achieve the physical fitness for healthy body and healthy mind.

So here I am, enjoying my day today and be part of the Universe, about my wonderful new path I can speak.  I will be able to meet the Teachers at Vintage Pilates in few hours and that is a gift.  Gift from the Universe that I am able to move and feel the peace from within.

I understand that perhaps I had a choice in this matter, how I am move, how I am breath.

How much I am learning this time.  I don’t regret that certain things happened to me.  I am understand that perhaps I had a choice in the matter, how ever I choice to move again with freedom and less fear.  And I am the perfect imperfection.

After 21 months my new path has reborn for better.

I am living my own dream: and my dream is come true:  I will have fun as Amy Kellow, my Classical Pilates Teacher said to me few days ago.   And I am determinate to have fun!

And of course share with all of you my own experience as a teacher and as a eternal student.
