rivate of Reformer Classes:
The reformer is a form of exercise that works the core and extremeties 
simultaneously. This gentle form of exercise is difficult but we modify based
on our clients needs. Burn over 250 calories and clients notice leaner legs,
butt and thighs, tone just happens. To master the reformer you must start
at Beginner I and learn the different routines.
All clients must have done 3 sessions of mat before they attend
a reformer class.

Power Pilates Classes
:
Is a recent addition to the many exercise modes devised by Joseph Pilates.
All Pilates exercises, developed about a century ago, are performed on a mat
or special Pilates tools like the Reformer,
Rings, Stability Balls, etc. These physical and mental exercises rejuvenate
the core muscle groups and streamline the overall functioning of your body.
Over a period of time many new tools and exercises have been added
to the original workouts and equipment. 
 
Privates and semi privates session of yoga:
Yoga provides holistic and effective approach to manage stress. 
The major benefit of yoga is that it combines the practices of several
stress management techniques such as breathing, meditation,
visualization in addition to holding yoga poses.
